Jaclyn Norman

Jaclyn grew up in Sugarland and joined PPHC in July, 2016. She is currently working on her Associates Degree in business and management. Before deciding to be a stay at home mom to her two daughters and two sons, Jaclyn was a general manager at a local restaurant. She is also the mother of Harley (Bullmastiff) and 3 cats (Bonnie, Clyde, and Monster). In any free time that Jaclyn might have, she enjoys Roller Derby, going to the gym, and spending quiet time alone. Her dream is to one day work for herself.

Patricia Cloud

Patricia joined PPHC in July, 2016 as a kennel technician, but has now taken on the role of a caring customer service representative . Patricia grew up in Pearland where she was home-schooled, and now resides in Manvel. When she is not working, Patricia loves being outdoors with her daughter, son, and two dogs.

Crystal Cortez

Crystal joined PPHC in 2017 as a receptionist. She grew up in Riverside, Tx, and now resides in Pearland TX with her husband Gilbert, boys Landen, Kyran and her daughter Alena. Crystal also has 3 fur children, Annabelle (Catahoula hound mix), Ella and Emma Shae (Chiweenies). In Crystals spare time you can find her spending time with her family, watching movies (especially Marvel & DC) reading, writing, going to the movies. Her dreams are to one day publish a novel, and to turn her home into a small animal rescue.

Linda Carl

Linda moved here recently from Philadelphia where she was born and raised. PPHC is her first job since relocating and is loving her experience in Texas. She is a mother to 2 grown children and currently lives with her boyfriend, 3 kitties, and her dogs- beagle/coonhound mix Rusty and German Shepard Brody. In her spare time Linda likes to explore her new surrounding areas like the beach. Whenever possible, she likes to return to Philly to spend time with her daughters.

Amanda Fink

Amanda joined PPHC in November of 2017. She is originally from Idaho. In her free time she enjoys volunteer work for SoleAna Stables doing therapeutic horse riding with kids who have special needs. She also enjoys fishing, outdoor activities, and needle craft like cross stitching. At home, Amanda and her fiancé have 3 fur babies- a Belgian Malinois named Bella and 2 cats named Blue and Sir O’Malley Odin III. With such an active life when she finds free time she goes to Idaho to visit family.
